Default chocolate chip cookies

for those that miss those ol habits

Dough:
1 cup cashew flour (grind raw cashews in coffe grinder)
1/2 cup whole oat groats (grind in coffee grinder)
2 tablespoons agave nectar
2-3 tablespoons coconut oil
Coco chunks:
1/2 cup or more of vegan cocoa/carob chips (optional)
What I do though:
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
4 tablespoons cocao powder
1-2 tablespoons of agave (depends on preference for sweetness)

I got this off another site, and I finally made this today and they taste very real, like oatmeal chocolate chip! I think once i get my vitmamix it will have a smoother consistency. you guys gotta try! Especially with a cold tall glass of almond milk.

Well the title caught my attention! Thanks for posting this, sounds yummy. I'm going to try them when I get my Excalibur...or maybe I'll try the oven on warm with the door ajar. How long did you dehydrate them?

sounds like 'cow patties'..the cookie that's choc-oatmeal-peanut butter cooked then dropped. Bet it would be good w/some almond butter added to it.
