Default Good day

Day 2 for me (I joined late) was good. I slept like a baby last night. That was the best sleep I've had in years! My husband said he even slept better because I didn't toss and turn as much. I made raw mexican pizza today which was AMAZING! My daughter who will never try my raw stuff tried the spicy sweet potato chips and the mexican pizza and then ate ALL of my chips! UGH! I work from 9am-7pm and I noticed today I got through the day much more alert and with a better attitude. I do seem hungry alot and have been snacking through out the day. I have more energy, but when the 7pm work day ends I kind of hit the wall. Right now I am looking forward to going to bed super early and sleeping like a baby again!

My co-worker Cat and I are doing this together and I have seen such an improvement in her too! It has been really nice to have a partner in crime!

L: a few dried apricots and few raw cashews
S: spinach, kale, and banana smoothie
D: sweet potato fries, zucchini chips, mushrooms and raw salsa
S: grapes

Today was my first attempt at dehydrating sweet potatoes - delicious! I will be adding sweet potatoes to my grocery list. It seems I cannot get enough mushrooms and salsa - just waiting for the day I grow sick of it, but it hasn't happened yet.
